  • Discuss future long and short-term health goals

  • Physical assessment to discover imbalances in skeletal posture and muscular strengths and weaknesses

  • The first session is less about physically exercising and more of a time for discovery. All of the above will be taken into consideration in order to work with you to devise the most effective plan to help you achieve and sustain your health goals
