Small Group (Semi-Private) classes offer a safer and more effective practice! Many find it surprising, but it is not uncommon for yoga practitioners (including teachers themselves) to experience injury or pain from taking group yoga classes. While the risk of accidents is inherent in any activity, we can minimize these occurrences by taking on practices that are guided by more experienced instructors who emphasize attention to detail.


What to expect from our small group yoga classes:

  • Only 8 students per class max (unless otherwise noted) for personalized service and greater efficiency

  • 30 minute new client initial intake and consultation with instructor to discuss existing health conditions and goals

  • Intelligent modifications and adjustments as necessary

  • Make new like-minded and supportive friends!
